Complaint: The Complaint alleged that Hall violated the restriction of his license set forth in Board Amended Order dated June 28, 2022.

Resolution: The Board found Hall in violation of Ark. Code Ann. §17-30-305(a)(1)(C)” “Failure to comply with this chapter, the rules of the board or an order of the board.” The Board voted unanimously to Revoke Hall’s Professional Engineer license No. 11050 and Hall Engineering Ltd.’s Certificate of Authorization No. 982.
